<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drying of liquid introduced into a channel in a channel substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This fluidising device has a constitution equipped with the channel substrate 1 wherein the channel 23 and a driving electrode (film-shaped electrode 14) are formed, a voltage application device 4 for applying a driving voltage to the channel substrate 1, a connector 41 for connecting electrically the channel substrate 1 and the voltage application device 4 together, a Peltier element 31, and a Peltier controller 32 for controlling the Peltier element 31. The channel substrate 1 is placed on a heat absorption surface of the Peltier element 31 to cool the channel substrate 1 to a set temperature or below.
