<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link power control test method of a mobile communication system, enabling acquisition of an effect in a test room similar to an actual field test by replacing a radio path between a base station and a mobile station with an attenuator. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a reverse link power control process constituted: of a step for replacing the radio transmission/reception path by connecting the receiving end of the mobile station to the transmitting end of the base station with wire, and attenuating a transmission signal; in the base station, a step for calculating the received power and an error rate of the received data and comparing with a critical value according to the variation of the attenuation factor in the attenuator, so as to transmit to the mobile station a request message to modify the transmission power of the mobile station according to the above comparison result; and in the mobile station, a step for receiving the above transmission power modification message, and for transmitting by modifying the above transmission power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
