PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic change dispenser always ensuring consistency between the balance of the automatic change dispenser and the balance of the automatic change dispenser recognized by a host machine of the automatic change dispenser in a POS system, and a program therefor. SOLUTION: The automatic change dispenser 1 which is connected with the host machine (a POS terminal 2 or a POS management device server 3) which processes commodity sales data to store input coins by denominations and dispense the coins comprises a data processing part (CPU 12) for executing data processing; a means in which the data processing part (CPU 12) recognizes the balance for each denomination; and a means in which the data processing part (CPU 12) transmits data for the balance for each denomination to the host machine (the POS terminal 2 or POS management device server 3) when fluctuation of the balance is recognized.
