PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tank from getting bigger in a heat exchanger comprising a liquid-cooled heat exchanging portion and an air-cooled heat exchanging portion. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises: an air-cooled heat exchanging portion 18 having a plurality of first tubes 9 and a pair of tanks 10 connected through the first tubes 9; and a liquid-cooled heat exchanging portion 7 having a second tube 12 in which the second fluid is circulated. The second tube 12 is disposed inside of the first tubes 9a.
