PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding guide with a base having a guide face formed thereon, preventing the wear of a sliding surface at both longitudinal ends while suppressing the flotation due to dynamic pressure of lubricating oil during sliding on the guide surface. SOLUTION: The sliding guide 10 comprises the base 11 having the guide surface 13 formed thereon, and a sliding thin plate 20 formed of a resin material and pasted onto a face 19 of a movable body 14 opposed to the guide surface 13 in the longitudinal direction of the face 19 of the movable body 14, wherein the sliding surface 21 formed on the lower face of the sliding thin plate 20 slides via lubricating oil on the guide surface 13 in the longitudinal direction to guide the movable body 14.
