PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which prevents upward popping of a liquid receiver when detaching the liquid receiver from a liquid receiver attachment member. SOLUTION: Upper and lower engagement part groups 22A, 22B comprised of a plurality engagement parts 23A, 23B and engagement protrusion passing parts 24A, 24B are provided on an inner circumference face of a liquid receiver insertion hole 21 in the liquid receiver attachment member 6 of the heat exchanger 1, such that positions of the engagement parts 23A, 23B and positions of the passing parts 24A, 24B are shifted in a circumferential direction. A plurality of engagement protrusions 39A, 39B are formed on a lower end of the liquid receiver 7. The protrusions 39A, 39B of the liquid receiver 7 are passed through the passing parts 24A, 24B and introduced below the lower side engagement part group 22B, and the protrusions 23A, 23B are engaged with a lower side face of the engagement part 23B. An O-ring 44 is arranged between a portion higher than the upper side engagement part group 22A in the inner circumference face in the insertion hole 21, and a lower end outer circumference face of the liquid receiver 7. A distance from an upper end of the insertion hole 21 to the O-ring 44 is provided smaller than a distance between lower faces of the engagement parts 23A, 23B of both engagement part groups 22A, 22B.
