PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication device for a rolling bearing inhibiting power loss by increasing cooling efficiency of an inner ring and making inner and outer ring temperature difference as small as possible, and making mixing resistance of lubricating oil low. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil introduction member 7 includes a nozzle 10 opening toward an end surface side of an inner ring 3 of the rolling bearing 2 and delivering lubricating oil to the inner ring 3, and a flange part 12 positioned on an outer diameter side from the nozzle 10 and covering an outer circumference of the inner ring 3. The inner ring 3 includes a circumference groove 9 opposing to a section where the nozzle 10 is provided and opening along an axial direction from an end surface of the inner ring 3.
