PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel which makes a face place possess strength by flattening a surface portion, which facilitates the sticking of a film sheet etc. by flattening surfaces of the face plates of the plurality of panels, which prevents rainwater etc. from being accumulated on the surface of the face plate, and which makes the panel easily taken out from a stacked state. SOLUTION: A bent edge 31A, which is bent in the same direction, is provided on the periphery of the approximately rectangular face plate 10, and a bent edge 32A at the corner portion 2 of the face plate 10 is formed higher than the bent edge 31A of an intermediate portion. A locking protrusion 26, which can be engaged with the bent edge 32A of the corner portion 2 when the face plates are stacked, is provided on the top surface of the corner portion 2 of the face plate 10.
