PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new coating composition that shows an improved scratch resistance, while retaining the resistance to an acid and a solvent as a finishing lacquer. SOLUTION: The new coating composition comprises an aliphatic oligocarbonate polyol, an oligoester polyol, a specific polyacrylate polyol, and a polyisocyanate as a crosslinking agent or a curing agent, and a method for producing the same and the use of the same for producing a coating are disclosed.
