PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal extraction device capable of enhancing accuracy for extracting an estimation signal corresponding to an object signal from a detection signal including the object signal and a noise signal, to provide a signal extraction method, and to provide a signal extraction program. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 is provided with a separation matrix estimating part 30 for estimating a separation matrix by independent component analysis, and an object signal extracting part 50 for extracting an estimation signal corresponding to the object signal on the basis of the separation matrix estimated by the separation matrix estimating part 30, wherein the object signal extracting part 50 introduces a constraint condition to the separation matrix and extracts the estimation signal, and the constraint condition is determined in accordance with a distance between an object signal source and a plurality of sensors.
