PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip position detecting system of a boring hole drilling device, and a hole drilling pipe, capable of efficiently drilling a hole without being influenced by an aboveground obstacle with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This tip position detecting system detects a tip position of the hole drilling pipe 10 of the boring hole drilling device 1. A position measuring device 30 is arranged in the hole drilling pipe 10 for detecting the tip position of this hole drilling pipe 10. A radio signal generator 50 is arranged for converting position data measured by this position measuring device 30 into a radio signal. A coil 70 is formed by winding a conductor 72 on a part of a body part 12 of the hole drilling pipe 10, and is constituted so as to transmit the radio signal converted by the radio signal generator 50 by this coil 70, and a receiver 90 for receiving the radio signal is arranged on the ground.
