PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange appropriately the respective position of an operating element unit to an operating element corresponding hole of a panel and prevent contact of a keytop and the operating knob corresponding hole at the time of operation. SOLUTION: A switch 25 is arranged at the top face 20a of a substrate 20. An operating element corresponding hole 12 is formed at an operating panel 10 constructed of metal. In the operating element unit 30, the keytop 31 is connected in free rocking in vertical direction to a case body 32 through a hinge part 35, a frame part 39 which is square in plan view and connected continuously without cut portion is formed at the top part of four wall parts 32a, and the keytop 31 is positioned with a spacing S at four directions at the inside of the frame part 39. The switch 25 is pressed and turned on by an actuator 36 at the lower part of the keytop 31. The frame part 39 is engaged with the operating knob corresponding hole 12 and the position in horizontal direction of the operating element unit 30 to the operating element corresponding hole 12 is restricted.
