METHOD FOR MULTI-LAYER MOLDING OF RESIN, MOLD FOR MULTI-LAYER MOLDING, AND MULTI-LAYER MOLDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a molded product different in its shape between first and second layers of a resin without replacing a mold on the way of molding in molding a multi-layer molded product. SOLUTION: A core moving in a freely advancing and retracting state with respect to a mold cavity is arranged so as to be incorporated as a part of a mold cavity surface. When the second layer is molded, the core is advanced or retracted in the direction of the mold cavity by a driver such as a hydraulic cylinder or the like to change the shape of the mold cavity to mold the multi-layer molded product different in its shape of the first and second layer molding resins. By this method, the multi-layer molded product different in the shapes of the first and second layer can be manufactured without using a special device such as a mold replacing device or the like.
