PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite hollow fiber membrane for degassing which is excellent in gas permeation performance, suppressive in occurrence of pinholes, and also excellent in solvent resistance and elution resistance. SOLUTION: In the composite hollow fiber membrane for degassing having a separation layer having a gas permeation function, the separation layer has micro-dispersion structure formed of polymerization of two stages or more, and formed of two or more kinds of components.
