PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a torsion beam type suspension device and weld portions, to attain the reduction of cost, and to secure fatigue strength. SOLUTION: In the torsion beam type suspension device 10A, a beam 12a is provided so as to be extended in the width direction of a vehicle. A carrier 14R for a right rear wheel and a carrier 14L for a left rear wheel rotatably support the vehicle. Respective arms 12b are extended from one end of the beam 12a to either of a vehicle front side and a vehicle rear side to form a carrier fixing part 12c, and each of the carrier part 14R for the right rear wheel and the carrier part 14L for the left rear wheel is fixed to the carrier fixing part 12c.
