<p>A method and an apparatus for transmitting data and a communication system using the same are provided to control accumulation amounts in a whole system by executing the same transmission profile control to respective nodes. An apparatus for transmitting data includes a transmission profile control unit(109) for controlling a transmission profile, which is used for controlling the transmission of data signals based on target accumulation delay. The transmission profile control unit includes a transmitting unit, which transmits the data signals to downward nodes based on the controlled transmission profile. The transmission profile control unit controls the transmission profile based on comparison result between accumulation reception delay of the data signals, which are reached to the node, and the target accumulation delay.</p> |
