A precharge voltage supplying circuit and a semiconductor device is provided to suppress the generation of logic error bits by supplying a proper precharge voltage in correspondence to various resistances in a current path between a bit line and a word line. A first switch supplies a precharge voltage to an output stage in response to a mode control signal in a normal mode. A second switch is connected in parallel with the first switch, and supplies the precharge voltage to the output stage by being turned on when the precharge voltage is larger than a first voltage level in a power down mode. A third switch is connected in parallel with the first switch, and supplies the precharge voltage to the output stage by being turned on when the precharge voltage is smaller than the first voltage level in the power down mode. Turn-on resistance of the second switch is larger than turn-on resistance of the third switch. A first comparison part(210) outputs a first comparison signal by comparing a first reference voltage having a first voltage level with a precharge voltage. A second comparison part(220) outputs a second comparison signal by comparing a second reference voltage having a second voltage level with a precharge voltage. A decoder(230) outputs a plurality of control signals by decoding the first comparison signal and the second comparison signal. A precharge voltage supply circuit(240) supplies the precharge voltage by inputting the plurality of control signals.
