PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning management system capable of utilizing history information transmitted/received between a learning management server apparatus and a learning terminal apparatus according to SCORM standards.

SOLUTION: A SCORM content storage part 20 in the learning management server apparatus 10 previously stores history information repeating module 25 configuring history information repeating API frame for repeating history information transmitted/received between a content frame and an API frame by allowing the learning terminal apparatus to execute the history information repeating module 25 and stores teaching material structure file 21 which is rewritten so that the history information repeating module 25 is read and executed by the learning terminal apparatus. In requesting and receiving teaching material contents 22-1 to 22-M from the learning management server apparatus 10, the learning terminal apparatus requests and receives the history information repeating module 25 and configures a history information repeating API frame by the received history information repeating module 25.
