PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device that can display image data from any one image transmission device while reducing network band congestion caused by image data transmitted from a plurality of image transmission devices.

SOLUTION: The image display device has a connected equipment control part for notifying the one of the plurality of networked image transmission devices which has made the first connection request after a startup that it is given display authority that is a priority right to image display processing and that it is permitted to transmit image data any time, and notifying other image transmission devices which make a connection request not to transmit image data without permission.
