<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst resin composite particle supporting a photocatalyst on a resin particle base material, decomposing a bad smell or harmful substance in a gas or water for long periods without degrading the resin particle base material, hardly coming off the supported photocatalyst from the rein particle base material, and easily be recovered, and to provide its manufacturing method and a purification method of gas or waste water. <P>SOLUTION: The photocatalyst resin composite particle has a photocatalyst function, the composite particle is prepared by combining a fine particle inactive for the photocatalyst and the photocatalyst with the resin particle, wherein one or more layers of the fine particle inactive for the photocatalyst is/are fixed on the surface of the resin particle, and further the photocatalyst is fixed on the outermost surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
