<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-resolution and highly accurate imaging apparatus and camera, capable of achieving high-speed operation by raising a frame rate and making it multipixel or the like without increasing power consumption or increasing the accuracy of an element. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: a pixel 11 for outputting a signal charge obtained by imaging as a pixel signal; a current value variable current source 141 connected to the transmission route VSL of the pixel signal; and a signal processing circuit 142 for performing signal processing to a signal corresponding to an output signal to the transmission route and performing control so as to change the current value of the constant current source corresponding to a signal processing result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
