PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform crimping to one conductor with the crimping section of an outer conductor terminal and crimping to the connection section of other conductors and electrical components with a two-way crimp terminal, when connecting an electric wire having a plurality of conductors to a crimp terminal incorporating an inner conductor terminal and an electrical component in the outer conductor terminal. SOLUTION: When crimping a crimping section 28 to a braided layer 13 between a first drag 64 and a first cope 84 on a plane nearly crossing a direction where the first drag 64 and the first cope 84 approach relatively, a second drag 70 and a second cope 90 are arranged at a position where the two-way crimp terminal 38 is arranged and can be crimped to a lead section 35 in a central conductor 11 and a capacitor component 34.
