PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve reusability of an existing program, and to enable SE or operation manager of this system and to facilitate identification of each output variable to be output by respective PLC. SOLUTION: An exchange number displayed in a display field w5 matches the exchange number of a PLC, to which this personal computer is connected. Also, the bit address of each output variable is displayed in the display field w1. For example, corresponding bit corresponding to a check box, in which the address of the output variable is 00L1E, and the PLC exchange number of the transmission destination is 2 is an output schedule definition bit Rb1E, in an output schedule definition frame RF02 stored on the first storage means TBL1, and the value of the output schedule definition bit Rb1E is defined as 0 (no output schedule).
