PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable belt polishing machine capable of reducing cost, by manufacturing a driving pulley in a short time. SOLUTION: This portable belt polishing machine comprises a body incorporated with an electric motor, a driving shaft 7 rotatingly driven by the electric motor, the driving pulley 2 composed of a hard material 8 bound to the driving shaft 7 and a soft material 9 laid on its outer peripheral surface, a driven pulley arranged in a pair with the driving pulley 2, and a polishing belt wound between both pulleys. The soft material 9 of the driving pulley 2 is integrally constituted with the hard material 8 by injection molding of elastomer.
