PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member capable of further surely cutting off water, while simplifying and miniaturizing a constitution of a joint part. SOLUTION: This joint member has a base material 16 having a semicircular curved surface corresponding to a joint 12 of a wall surface of concrete 20 of a building 11, and an ethylene vinyl acetate resin-based sheet 14 arranged along the curved surface of the base material 16.
