PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing device and a repairing construction method using this repairing device, capable of surely repairing a connecting part, after cutting an invert by the repairing device, even when a connecting part lower half of a manhole side wall and a pipe is buried in the invert formed in a manhole bottom part. SOLUTION: This connecting part repairing device of the manhole side wall and the pipe of a manhole, has the pipe respectively connected to the opposed manhole side wall, an opening part of the pipe exposed inside the manhole side wall, and an introducing passage formed in the invert, and has a horizontal device member horizontally held in a space in the manhole and a movable repairing device body, and is characterized in that the repairing device body has a holding member, a pipe axial directional maintaining rod, a discal invert cutting member, a vertical directional moving member, a manhole side discal wall cutting member, an axial directional moving driving member and a rotary member for rotating the invert cutting member and the manhole side wall cutting member.
