PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a wall and a window frame with a high degree of accuracy even if the high accuracy of a skeleton cannot be required. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this wall and window-frame mounting structure comprises: a panel unit 20 in which a wall mounting portion 22 for mounting the wall, and the window frame 21 for mounting a window are integrally constituted; a horizontal frame material 30 on which a lower portion of the panel unit 20 fixed to the skeleton 10 of RC construction or SRC construction is to be mounted; and a height adjusting mechanism 40 for adjusting the height of the horizontal frame material 30 from the skeleton 10.
