PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device which can be used even in a constitution with a narrow window, and which can make an angle of opening of a sash relatively large. SOLUTION: This window opening/closing device 2 for opening/closing the window enables the sash 4 mounted on a window frame 3 to be opened to an outdoor side. The window opening/closing device 2 comprises: a base body 10 which is mounted on the frame body 5 of the window frame 3; an operating member 20 which is slidably supported in indoor and outdoor directions by the base body 10 so as to be elongated in the indoor and outdoor directions; a member-to-be-operated, which is mounted on the frame 6 of the sash 4; and a connecting member for connecting the operating member 20 and the member-to-be-operated together. The operating member 20 projecting toward the indoor side in the state of closing the sash 4 can be folded to an upside around a horizontal shaft 24 which is positioned on the indoor side with respect to the base body 10, and can be rotated on a vertical shaft which is positioned in the base body 10. The operating member 20 can be folded in the closed state of the sash 4, rotated up to a direction along the frame body 5 of the window frame 3, and put into a housed state.
