PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based alloy whose high temperature strength can be improved while maintaining its workability such as forgeability, and to provide a turbine rotor made of the Ni-based alloy. SOLUTION: The Ni-based alloy has a composition containing, by weight, 0.05 to 0.15% C, 24 to 28% Cr, 10 to 15% Co, 9 to 10% Mo, 0.8 to 1.5% Al, 0.1 to 0.6% Ti and 0.001 to 0.006% B, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
