PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric compound having excellent low dielectric property and low water absorption originated from fluorine, together with low thermal expansion characteristics and high glass transition temperature. SOLUTION: The compound is a heterocyclic polymeric compound, for example, represented by the figure. The polymeric compound has a structure in which an aromatic ring is incorporated into inner skeleton of diamine as a condensed ring, and as the result of enhancing rigidity of the inner skeleton, has a remarkably excellent heat resistance (low thermal expansion characteristics and high glass transition temperature) while maintaining conventional dielectric characteristics and low water absorption of fluoro resin.
