PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new curable defogging coating agent composition capable of imparting defogging properties to the surface of a base material by hydrophilization treatment, capable of being easily cured and dried even at normal temperature, providing a coated film having both of waterproof and defogging properties, and having persistence of excellent defogging effects. SOLUTION: The curable defogging coating agent composition comprises a copolymer (p) obtained by polymerizing an isocyanate group-containing (meth)acrylate (a), an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide (b) and a vinylic monomer (c) as an active ingredient.
