PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure of a vehicle capable of securing rigidity of a vehicle body rear part in simple constitution. SOLUTION: A recessed part 23 continued to a rear seat floor part 21 at height of the same level and a spare tire pan 25 recessively provided in the rear of the recessed part 23 are formed on a luggage boot floor 22, a rear quarter cross member 24 making roughly a hat shape on its cross-section with a rear part wall part 23a of the recessed part 23 and a front part wall part 25a of the spare tire pan 25 as its front and rear wall parts is integrally formed between them, and the rear quarter cross member 24 is connected to a lower part of the rear quarter pillar 33 free to transmit its load. Consequently, it is possible to secure the rigidity of the vehicle body rear part in simple constitution without causing increase of the number of parts, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
