PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which can discharge a droplet in a higher frequency and to provide a liquid ejection device with this. SOLUTION: A channel unit 10 comprises a nozzle plate 26 in which a nozzle aperture 8 is opened, a reservoir plate 25 in which a reservoir 23 and a first interconnecting port 24 are opened, and a supply plate 22 in which a supply port 20 and a second interconnecting port 21 are opened. An actuator unit 9 includes an interconnecting plate 15 in which a supply side interconnecting port 14 and a third interconnecting port 13 are opened, the inner diameterϕrs of the supply side interconnecting port and the inner diameterϕr of the third interconnecting port in the interconnecting port plate are set to satisfyϕrs<ϕrn(2/3), the thickness tr of the interconnecting port and the inner diameterϕrs of the supply side interconnecting port are set to satisfy tr/ϕrs>2, and the inner diameterϕrs of the supply side interconnecting port and the inner diameterϕs of the supply port are set to satisfyϕrs>ϕs.
