PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange device capable of setting an upper limit amount for prize exchange by acquired game media and settling expensive merchandise exceeding the upper limit amount, a prize exchange method and a prize exchange system. SOLUTION: Terminal device 22 for the prize exchange outside a shop can at least execute settlement relating to the prize exchange on the basis of a plurality of values including the number of the acquired game media stored, and when an amount per selected prize exceeds 10,000 yen, the withdrawal upper limit amount of the storage number of the acquired game media is set to 10,000 yen or less and the rest is settled using the other values.
