METHOD FOR PRODUCING FULL AROMATIC POLYAMIDE PULPS

A method for producing full aromatic polyamide pulps is provided to supply an isolation manner of the solvent with efficiency and economics by extracting the solvent after crushing an acid crumb to the powder in a dry state. An acid crumb generated from polymerizing an aromatic polyamide is crushed to the powder in a dry state by a crushing machine. The crushed polymer is inputted to a solvent isolation process for extracting the solvent. A rotating blade and a fixed blade are equipped at the crushing machine. The solvent in the polymer is extracted by mixing the crushed polymer with the water in 1:1.5 wt% at the solvent isolation process. A steel plate having a hole of 3-5 mm diameter is attached to the lower part of the rotating blade in the crushing machine. The acid crumb is generated by leaving the aromatic polyamide polymer of 80 kg more than 6 hours at room temperature and drying. The aromatic polyamide polymer includes NMP(N-Methyl Pyrolidone) of 9 kg corresponding to the matured polymer of 1 kg.
