<p>A cooking device in which an airflow path (T1) is formed by insulation members (43, 44) placed between a punching plate (42) and a placement plate (45), on the upper part of which a cooking container is placed. Upward bending of the punching plate (42) is prevented by radially extended sections provided on the insulation member (43). Further, airflow paths (T2, T3) are formed by insulation members (54, 55, 56) placed between a lower induction heating coil (53) and the punching plate (42). Air drawn from the outside of the device by operation of a fan (52) is sent to the airflow paths (T1-T3) from an inlet opening (51a) to promote heat radiation of the punching plate (42) and block radiant heat from the placement plate (53) and induction heating coil (53). This minimizes a rise in temperature of the punching plate (42) forming a bottom face section of a cooking chamber and prevents bending of the punching plate (42) by thermal expansion.</p> |
