An electronic circuit breaker is provided to prevent damage and breaking of a converter by immediately blocking power supply when a short circuit current is generated. An electronic circuit breaker includes a current transformer(200), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) element(220), and a trip unit(210). The current transformer detects a current supplied to a load. The PTC element becomes high impedance when the current transformer detects a short circuit current. The trip unit blocks power supply of the load when the PTC element becomes high impedance. The electronic circuit breaker further includes a microprocessor(230) and a first trip coil(240). The trip unit includes a second trip coil(212) and a resistor(R).
