A ballast stabilizer is provided to implement stable installation in various places such as a streetlight or a wall by using a bracket. A multi-ballast(10) has a stabilizing function unit composed of a transformer, a condenser, and a high voltage generator and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) with a flickering function and a function of blocking a leakage current at a lower part of the stabilizing function unit. A slot unit(20) has a lamp contact unit(21) formed long on a rear surface of the multi-ballast to be in contact with an outer surface of a lamp and slot holes(22) formed at both sides of the lamp contact unit. A bracket(30) is installed at a rear side of the multi-ballast and detachably coupled with the slot unit to be in contact with the outer surface of the lamp and an outer surface of a streetlight. A fixing band(40) is coupled with the bracket to fix the bracket to the outer surface of the streetlight.
