NYLON HOLLOW FIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A nylon hollow fiber and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to arrange a subsidiary hood heating apparatus with a pipe or plate shape to a general hood. Hood heating apparatuses are attached to upper and lower portions of the intake hole so that the atmosphere temperature at the inside of the hood is maintained constantly. The atmosphere temperature of the hood is 170 to 200 degrees centigrade and the intake pressure thereof is 20mmHq to 180mmHq. The hollow rate of the nylon is above 15%. The specific atmosphere temperature according to the objective hollow rate and the properties of matter is set at the atmosphere temperature of the hood of 170 to 200 degrees centigrade. The nylon hollow fiber is manufactured according to according to the objective fineness at the intake pressure with the range of 20mmHq to 180mmHq. The uniform intake pressure is controlled at the range of 20mmHq to 180mmHq.
