A system for vibrating a keyboard for a hearing-impaired person is provided to enable the hearing-impaired person to sense all events, which are informed to a PC user in sound, through tactile feeling like vibration. All events which are informed to a PC user in sound while the PC user uses a PC are converted into vibration by using a vibration motor embedded in a keyboard. A hearing-impaired person recognizes the events generated from the PC through the vibration generated from the vibration motor.
