A chamber assembly for constant temperature and humidity is provided to keep an object in a constant temperature and humidity condition by suppressing interchange of air in a chamber with external air. Plural chambers(110) are stacked in such a way that chamber doors(111) are faced in the same direction. An air conditioning member(120) is connected to the chambers to control temperature and humidity of the chambers. A guide rail(130) is vertically installed along an outer wall of the chamber door. A movable container(140) for accommodating an object has a front door(141) and a side door, and is moved up and down along the guide rail. The movable container is moved up and down by a driving member, and a transferring member is installed between the movable container and the chamber.
