<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device capable of bringing more stable optical characteristic and preventing degradation in transmittance between a sealed condition with resin and the like and an unsealed condition. <P>SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor device has a laminate 13 sequentially stacked by a first layer 13a mainly made of magnesium fluoride or silicon oxide, a second layer 13b mainly made of titanium oxynitride, and a third layer 13c mainly made of magnesium fluoride or silicon oxide in this order. A plurality of reflective surfaces is provided inside the laminate 13, and the laminate 13 serves as an antireflective film on the emitting plane of the optical semiconductor device.
