EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable equipment repair and updating plans capable of reducing the maintenance costs of the equipment.

SOLUTION: In an equipment management apparatus, an equipment inspection result information calculation part 12 calculates a period that an equipment inspector stays in the vicinity of the equipment from position information transmitted from a position detection device 20 carried by the equipment inspector and set position information stored in an equipment management information storage part 15 and stores the period in an equipment inspection result information storage part 16 as equipment inspection time. An equipment inspection statistical processing part 13 obtains an average value of the stored equipment inspection result time and then calculates a repair request index including the average value. A repair-required equipment information extraction part 14 extracts equipment of which the calculated repair request index is larger than a prescribed value as repair-required equipment and transmits the extracted result to a terminal apparatus 50. The equipment extracted like this requires long time for equipment inspection and requires also much maintenance costs. Thereby if the equipment is repaired and updated, the reduction of the maintenance costs can be expected.
