<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web service control program which can control the amount of Web service requests accepted based on subscription, a Web service control unit, a Web service control method, and an intermediary device. <P>SOLUTION: The Web service control unit for controlling communication between a consumer and a provider during Web service is equipped with; a CM21 which acquires a status of at least one server which can perform the Web service, and a request for Web service subscription which is a subscription of Web service and accepts the Web service subscription based on the status of the server and the request for Web service subscription; and a CK22 which receives a Web service request transmitted by a consumer and transmits a Web service request which suits Web service subscription accepted by the CM21 to the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
