<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and easily synchronize measurement data to be acquired by measurements with a plurality of child substrates individually. <P>SOLUTION: In a data collector for neutron measurement equipped with a parent substrate 11 and the plurality of child substrates 12a-12d, child-substrate-side pin arrangements 27 to be input terminals of the child substrates 12a-12d are connected in common, and a time signal for measuring the time of flight of neutrons and a selection signal for selecting a child substrate are given to one of the pin arrangements 27 from the parent substrate 11. Each child substrate 12a-12d is equipped with: a shift register 41 whose first stage has the time signal input, an AND circuit 42 for acquiring the logical product of the first stage to third stage outputs of the shift register 41; and a time counter 43 which counts high levels of the time signal and is cleared to zero by the output of the AND circuit 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
