<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve durability and earthquake resistance while reducing a total construction cost and also to secure a temporary evacuation area when a disaster such as an earthquake or the like occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A wall structure 1W, a ceiling structure 1C and a floor structure 1F, wherein a steel plate 8<SB>1</SB>is fixed to the outside of a plurality of core steel frames 7<SB>1</SB>, are assembled in a factory. All or almost of a metal unit skeleton frame 1, which is composed in a rigid frame structure across beams and also in an earthquake-resistant panel structure along girders, is buried under ground so as to construct a basement floor. A foundation 5 and a reinforcement concrete wall 6 are integrally and continuously formed at the bottom and around the periphery of the underground buried portion of the metal unit skeleton body 1 for the basement. Also, a metal unit skeleton body 2 of the same or almost the same specification is piled and connected on top of the metal unit skeleton body 1 for the basement, so as to construct the first floor, and furthermore a wooden skeleton body 3 for the upstairs story is constructed above the metal unit skeleton body 2 for the first floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
