PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the processing speed of CPUs configuring a multi-processor system from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: A computer 10 is provided with a plurality of CPUs 120 configuring a multi-processor system. When starting the computer 10, a CPU information initialization part 101 activates a CPU 120a, and inactivates the CPU 120b.
