PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically generate an OS (Operating System) as the need arises. SOLUTION: In this information processor, a ROM (Read Only Memory) 102 or an EEPROM (Electronically Erasable and Programmable Read Only Memory) 104 stores a table wherein the OS comprising function codes for executing prescribed processing and specific information for specifying the OS are associated, and an OS specifying part 231 specifies the OS based on the specific information and the table stored in the ROM 102 or the EEPROM 104. A command execution part 232 executes processing of a command by use of the specified OS. The information processor is applicable to an IC (Integrated Circuit) card, for example.
