<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microlens array which has good optical performance, has small optical axis deviation of both lens surfaces and is used for an organic electroluminescence line head or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A photocurable resin 76+76' is poured into a first metal mold 82 having a mold surface 92 corresponding to one lens surface of the microlens array, the photocurable resin 76+76' is poured into a second metal mold 83 having a mold surface 93 corresponding to another lens surface of the microlens array, the mold surface of the first metal mold 82 and the mold surface of the second metal mold 83, where the photocurable resins are respectively poured, are faced to each other and are mutually positioned, a rectangular transparent substrate 71 is inserted therebetween, longitudinal direction flanks 711, 712 of the transparent substrate 71 are irradiated with light 78 to cure the photocurable resin 76+76'.
