<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image scanning device which correctly reads an optical code by eliminating a situation where distortion and diffuse occurs in a collected image of the optical code even when the passing speed of the optical code is high. <P>SOLUTION: An image collecting device for collecting the images of the optical code has a still image electronic shutter for simultaneously starting and stopping exposure of all pixels so as to stop the movement of the optical code before the images of the optical code are collected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
